Opening day for Triple C Brewing is close. They have passed all inspections, have their TO and just waiting for ABC permit before they announce an opening date. I stopped in this week to get a look at the brewery and it looks great! I think folks will be spending a lot of time here.
When I arrived they were in the process of brewing their Double IPA: The Baby Maker so took some images of the spent grain and the boiling beer. I got a small taste of their Smoked Amber, which is delicious and is getting some great reviews from NC Beer Guys. Finally, I got some photos of where you and I will be spening most of our time…the tasting room!
As soon as they have an opening date, I will send it out but until then, enjoy the pictures.
Love the name…The Baby Maker. Classic.
