We are excited to have 2 new food trucks joining for Food Truck Friday: Wingzza and Papi Queso. Wingzza is not new to the food truck scene just new to Food Truck Friday. They are one of the early pioneers of food trucks in Charlotte in the sense that they actually used a truck…not a trailer. In case you couldn’t tell by their name they offer wings and pizza as well as a variety of other tasty options. Papi Queso is new food truck to Charlotte as well as making their debut at Food Truck Friday. They have been on the streets for a little over a week and are all things Grilled Cheese. I’ve not tried their food yet but looking forward to their creations!
We are also going to have some creative seating options this week as Friday is National PARKing day and we have some students from UNC Charlotte who are taking over a couple parking spaces on Camden to create a temporary park. More details to come on a future post but keep an eye out…oh…and remember to recycle!
