WFAE Night at August Gallery Crawl and Food Truck Friday

Food Truck Friday Park Ave View Zoom

We are excited to have WFAE join us NEXT Friday for the August Gallery Crawl and Food Truck Friday on Friday, August 2, 2013. It’s a great way for you to kick off your weekend and come meet some of your favorite WFAE personalities, get some WFAE swag and explore the cultural side of South End.

We’ll be hosting 2 Gallery Crawl Walking Tours that evening, one at 5pm and one at 7:15pm. Space is limited to the first 50 per tour and to register for the walking tour please click here. The Gallery Crawl Walking Tours are FREE and have been very popular in the past. Please note that you are welcome and encouraged to tour the galleries on your own but the walking tour has been a nice way to learn a little bit more about each gallery and some interesting tidbits along the way! RSVP HERE

We’ll post more details next week regarding which food trucks will be participating and the specific exhibits of each gallery but wanted to make certain you got this on your calendar!

For more details please visit WFAE 90.7fm

  2. How kid friendly is this event? Trying to figure out if I should bring mine or get a sitter :)

    • Both are very family friendly. What age? Food Truck Friday is probably the most diverse event in Charlotte with all types of folks and all ages. I would bring a blanket or bag chairs so you can make your own space to sit. I’ve had 8-12 year-old kids on the gallery crawl walking tour and they enjoyed. They should have some fun!
