March First Friday in South End will be unlike any other! To start things off, we are celebrating the 1 Year Anniversary of the start of Food Truck Friday. What started as a fun idea has turned into a Charlotte culinary phenomenon where people gather every Friday at the corner of Camden and Park Ave to stand and eat their food. The trucks have consistently been out every Friday with the exception of 1 and that was when we got the snow and ice and people were encouraged to stay off the roads. There will be a terrific line up so see below to make certain your favorite or new favorite is on the list!
The weather is getting better and better as we approach Spring making it great for crawling some galleries. We have 9 special features for March and all the details are listed below. We’ll have a South End branded tent at the Food Truck Friday lot with South End Maps to help you navigate the galleries on your own or you can sign up for the Free Gallery Walking Tour.
Back by popular demand is the Free March Gallery Crawl Walking Tour. We hosted the first one in February and we had 65 people attend and brave the 40 degree weather! We are hosting another Free Gallery Crawl Walking Tour but this time we are limiting registration to the first 45 individuals. Click Here to Register.
